Needing urgent assistance?

The Primary Mental Health Support Service (PMHSS) is a routine service and does not deal with urgent or emergency mental health matters.

Should you or someone you know require emergency assistance please dial 999.

For urgent help that is not an emergency you should contact your GP in the first instance who can refer you to the most appropriate mental health services. If outside GP hours you should present at the out of hours GP at accident and emergency (A&E).

Free confidential listening and emotional support service, information and literature on mental health and related matters for people in Wales. Anyone concerned about their own mental health or that of a friend or relative can access the service.
